Terms of Service
Introduction
Purpose of the Terms of Service
Welcome to Stackpointer, your premier resource for discovering business information worldwide. The purpose of these Terms of Service ("Terms") is to outline the legal agreements that govern your access to and use of our business search engine services, provided by Stackpointer LLC. Our services, which include the ability to search, view, and download business listings, are offered under the conditions set forth in this document.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations, and confirm that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Our services are available only to individuals who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet these qualifications and that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
Stackpointer LLC may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Registration and Use
Eligibility and Account Security
To access and use the services provided by Stackpointer, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. You must restrict access to your computer or device to prevent unauthorized account use. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Account Responsibilities and Conduct
As a user of Stackpointer, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any data, material, or information you post or provide on the site through your account does not violate the rights of others and complies with all applicable laws. Any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security must be reported to Stackpointer LLC immediately.
Subscription Fees and Payment Terms
Stackpointer offers various subscription plans for its services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth on our website. Fees are billed on a recurring basis and will be charged in advance of each billing cycle. Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable, except as specifically provided in these Terms. You may change or cancel your subscription at any time; however, the current month will not be refunded or prorated, and service will continue until the end of that billing cycle.

Additionally, all provisions of these Terms of Service which, by their nature, should survive termination, will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
